General Rules

To maintain brand integrity and avoid confusion:

Partners are not permitted to create websites, domain names, or social media profiles using Neex trademarks or logos, or any variations thereof.
Partners may not bid on branded keywords such as "Neex" or similar terms.
Please use only official Neex marketing tools and materials available from Neex directly. Unauthorized edits or modifications to these materials are not permitted.
Avoid any implication that Neex offers personal trading advice or considers individual financial circumstances. Neex provides only general market information.
Partners should not suggest that clients will receive rebates, commissions, or other benefits that may be misleading.

Marketing Claims and Statements to Avoid

For compliance with regulatory standards, please refrain from:

Making any claims of minimal or no risk, guaranteed returns, or assured profits.
Using phrases that may be misleading or deceptive, such as "secure," "guaranteed," "safe," "no fees," or similar terms.
Displaying any regulatory body’s logos, implying that Neex’s products are specifically endorsed by a regulator.
Disproportionately highlighting benefits over potential risks.
Comparing Neex products with others in a way that lacks a reasonable basis or omits key risks.

Balanced Promotion of Benefits and Risks

It’s essential to present a fair and accurate view of Neex products, including:

Balancing benefits with clear statements of associated risks. Include a risk disclaimer with each promotional piece.
If citing past performance, include the disclaimer: “Past performance does not guarantee future results.”
When referring to prospective financial outcomes, use: “The information is predictive in character, may be impacted by unforeseen events, and may differ materially from actual outcomes.”
